note to self: nice design metaphor

The website for lunch at noon is cool. Love the:

• splash page that looks like a manifesto from a socialist revolution documentary
• the recipes index that categorizes all the recipes by course as visualised in a formal table setting (click the appropriate fork to access recipes for that course)
• and the fun facts for an ingredient from each recipe

So well designed, I had to wonder and found that it was indeed backed by an award winning SF based design studio. Who employ metaphors well.
